This application offers HD instructional videos to facilitate proper exercise technique. The 'Messages' section allows for secure communication with your Pittman Physical Therapy provider, ensuring direct and confidential contact. As you complete your exercises, the app awards trophies and medals to acknowledge your progress, serving as motivational milestones.

The 'Awards' tab enables users to monitor their achievements. For those who prefer a language other than English, the 'More' tab offers a selection of alternative languages under the 'Languages' option. To schedule or reschedule appointments, please visit the 'Appointments' tab for detailed options. Remember to select 'Mark as Complete' after finishing each exercise to enable your provider to accurately track your progress.

Access to the app is restricted to registered Pittman Physical Therapy patients. Additionally, the app integrates with the iPhone's Health app to read daily step count data, providing your healthcare team with valuable information about your activity levels.
